Explore the city of love
The city of cities, the most beautiful city in the world, culture, shopping, clubbing, eating, loving, living… Paris has everything you can dream of.
If you haven’t been there yet, don’t let anything hold you back and if you have, you know that you should continue exploring the city. Paris is a must.
Check out the many beautiful parks in Paris… e.g. Les Jardins du Palais Royal – A beautiful and quiet park, where people meet for a romantic time, kids are playing in the park, people are having a picnic and enjoying the time outside.
The best view of Paris is from Sacré Coeur church on Montmatre. It’s the highest point in Paris. Go for a walk in Montmartre and visit the many artists and their small studios. Also don’t forget to check out the only vineyard in Paris when your are in Montmatre.
UP FOR COFFEE?
Café Au Lait, Espresso, Americaine… the French make fantastic coffee and the culture around it should be part of any trip to Paris. The sidewalk cafés are numerous, so pick a nice looking, not too touristy café in any arrondisement and enjoy a coffee, a freshly baked croissant and Le Figaro (newspaper) when you are people watching.
When you just need some energy in the afternoon after having shopped till you almost drop, have a quick Espresso (with a little bit of milk) with the locals on their way home from work.
CLUBBING:
A chapter of it’s own about Paris is the chapter on clubbing… where should I start? The selection of cool and hip clubs is almost never-ending and so could the night be if you want it to. Make sure to plan you night out in advance by adding yourself to the respective guest lists in all the clubs.
Les Bain Douches (7, rue du Bough L’abbé). Opened in 1978 and probably one of the only clubs in the world that have kept its coolness. It’s located in an old public bath, which gives the club a very authentic, yet very modern feel. The crowd changes depending on the day of the week, but it is always cool and trendy. Check out their restaurant, which is always a cool place to do some serious people watching.

Although it opened many years ago, The Buddha Bar is a “must visit”. It is an exclusive and highly-regarded bar and restaurant, and is a Buddha-themed venue serving Asian cuisine. The two-storey dining area is dominated by a large statue of Buddha. The upstairs bar is a large, ornate dragon. The Buddha Bar originally became popular because of the DJ's choice of eclectic, avant-garde music.
Check out the ever cool compilation CDs – a kick starter for any electric party.

The best cocktails are served at Kong, Rue de Neuf 1. This Starck bar and restaurant is the fight between the Moderns and the Classics. It is the classic of a geisha against the modern kawaï from Omotesando, they meet at the elegant european’s at the summit of Kenzo’s headquarters facing the Pont Neuf.
This unexpected atomic cocktail is the essence of Kong, a new place of all surprises.
